How Does SuperCare Work?

The SuperCare 8 Step Application Process is simple and easy to follow. Here are the steps:

Online Referral Form

We will send your details to SuperCare via an online referral form. This will kickstart the process to use your super to pay for your dental treatment. You need to complete the process before your treatment starts.

02.

Discussing Eligibility

Once they received your application, one of their friendly consultant will contact you to discuss your eligibility.

03.

Start Of Early Super Release

If you are eligibile, SuperCare’s consultant will start the process of Early Release of Super.

04.

Documentation

A SuperCare consultant will contact us to request for information about the treatment and ask us to sign the Early Release of Super form.

05.

We Complete The Form

Our team at Joondanna Family Dental will complete the form and send it to the SuperCare consultant.

06.

Application Review

Once all documentations are complete, it will be sent to the ATO for review.

07.

Application Approval

Standard assessment takes up to 10 business days and once it’s approved, our clinic will be notified and the funding will be released in 5-7 business days.
