Bone graft procedure: When your bones are thin or weak, we may suggest a bone graft to ensure your implant’s stability and provide a strong foundation. Sinus lifts are needed when the sinuses are too close to the jaw due to the loss of bone height in the upper jaw. The implants may require a few weeks to heal before they can be placed.
